What is this App about?

This App is a one-stop solution for (i) open channels of communication whereby citizens can lodge any geo-tagged complaints; (ii) provision to upload photos and track the status of their complaint; (iii) allows citizens to explore public utilities at nearby places like police stations, taxi stands, hospitals, metro stations, libraries, gyms, petrol pumps, tourist locations etc.; and (iv) access to other online public services like online building permit, freehold conversion etc.

Do I have to pay for using this application?

This app can be downloaded for free from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Do I have to register to use this application?

Yes. As soon as you open the application after installation, click register here and get yourself registered with the App by keying in your email id and mobile number.

Can I track the status of my complaint though this app?

Yes. The real-time status of complaint/grievance is notified to the complainants who could also give their comments on it. Once the complaint is submitted by the citizen, the application automatically routes it to the concerned officer and generate a work order that can be tracked by both the department as well as the complainant, who will also receive automated notifications.
