On 13^th October 2015, we got featured on the front page of Divya Bhaskar, Surat Edition for introducing our iPromise solution in the city. The application will solve the problem of street lights of the city and maintain its health. The app comes with different modules like Preventive Management System, Breakdown Maintenance, Stuff Management, GPS Attendance Module, and Cloud-based Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) Module. The application has made it easy for officers to maintain and solve the problem of street lights of the city and maintain its health.

We also had our booth at 41st Skoch Summit – Transformative Governance event for two days (22nd and 23rd September 2015) to represent our application SmartCity-311 among visitors. The Summit is attended by huge national and international media as well as television channels. There were 68 participants in the Skoch Exhibition on Smart Governance Practices and the event was sponsored by Yes Bank, Microsoft, MasterCard, HP, AMD, BSE, ABM Knowledgeware Ltd., And Suvidhaa. Our company got a positive response from the visitors while representing our solution SmartCity-311.

We have added one more feather in our cap by launching Ajmer-311 application in the city. The launch of the application was covered by Dainik Bhaskar of December 4, 2015 edition. We felt honored to launch our app in the city of Ajmer as our launched app will allow citizens to be more responsible towards their community and make it a better place. At the time of launching this application in the city, Mayor of the city, Deputy Mayor and Municipal Commissioner of the city were also present and shared their views on the application. They said that the application will work excellently for the city, allowing citizens to report non-emergency issues or concerns. They also added that Ajmer-311 will streamline the whole process of work.

Our application Land Guard got featured on Gujarat Samachar in 12^th September 2015 Edition. It was privileged for our company that our application covered by such a leading paper of the Indian State of Gujarat. The application was launched to monitor the government land of Ahmedabad district. Moreover, the application will be used by only Government employees, field officers, senior officers and Ministers of state. The application plays a very vital role in monitoring the government land of Ahmedabad.

We also got featured in Kannada newspaper From Hubballi as our developed application SmartCity-311 had won the first prize in the Global Entrepreneurship Week’s sandbox challenge. It was pleasured for our company to participate in the challenge and present our SmartCity-311 application. Featuring on the oldest Kannada-language newspaper was like a big triumph for us and our entire team.

We are pleased to share that we had our booth at the Smart City Techno Fair that occurred for three days (29th to 31st October 2015) in the city of Surat. The Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) had organized ‘Smart City Techno Fair’ in which information technology, as well as electronic companies, had demonstrated tried and tested out-of-the-box ideas and technologies. More than 150 such companies from 10 different sectors had participated in the event. At the fair, our company presented our developed SmartCity-311 solution among visitors. The fair visited by the Surat Police Commissioner and Surat Crime Branch Commissioner and it was honored for us to present our application to them and give information about it!

On September 25, 2015, we have been awarded the Skoch Smart Governance Award for our successful SmartCity311- Mobile App Based on Field Works Monitoring. Skoch Smart Governance Award is an enterprise recognizing top performing government organizations and organizations that are working with government at local, state and national level in the area of Health, Education, Rural Development and more. There were more than 40 projects that took part in this competition, including our project. The event has declared our Smartcity-311 application as a winner of this competition as it was a big achievement for us.

We have made our (SmartyCity-311) application for one more city Varanasi that was like another feather in our cap. Launching this application in Varanasi is extremely big thing as we wanted to make India a better place. Gradually, we are trying to launch this application in more and more cities. Moreover, the application will allow citizens of the city to click the picture of any pothole, piles of garbage or any unclean area and report it to the officer. The assigned officer will solve the issue and send back a photo indicating the solution of the issue. Now, the application will help officers of the city to be more responsible towards the problems of the citizens!

We have successfully launched our SmartCity-311 application in the City of Varanasi that covered by The Times of India on August 5, 2015 edition. It was privileged for us to covered by India’s Leading Business Newspaper. Our Launched application would help Varanasi people to make their city clean by reporting non-emergency issues like garbage in front of their home or anywhere else, potholes and unclean area to officers. The officer would resolve the issues under specified time and send back a photograph indicating the same!
