NDMC Addresses 95% of Complaints That Received Through NDMC-311 App
NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Council) has addressed 95% of complaints of residents of NDMC area that received through the NDMC-311 mobile application.
With regard to resolving the complaints of citizens of New Delhi, Sunil Verma, an Assistant Sanitary Inspector (ASI) at Public Health Department of NDMC, got a prompt promotion for his wonderful job and performance. He got a promotion as the Sanitary Inspector in NDMC on ad hoc basis.
The launched application NDMC-311 is performing exceptionally and getting an encouraging response from the residents of the NDMC area. Until now, 3,059 complaints have been received out of which 2,936 (95%) have been resolved.
Moreover, more than 1000 citizens of NDMC area, whose complaints were resolved, responded very positively and shared their feedback for facilitating the residents and allowing them to access all civic services on one platform.
The application is not only designed to tackle all types of complaints of the citizens of NDMC area, but it also helps travelers to find nearest Metro Stations, public toilets, bus stands, monuments, etc. Providing real-time traffic and parking information of different NDMC roads, it is must to download the application for citizens of NDMC area and who visit the city often.
