Here at Civic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. we are proud to say that we received the 5th IMC Digital Technology Award 2018. We received this award for our efforts in developing the SmartCity-311, a cloud-based mobile application. The application became successful among the users and turned out to be a winner in the Utilities & Energy Sector. The application was developed with the intention of helping municipalities or other governing bodies to carry out their tasks effectively while managing things. It helped the employees to keep track of their tasks and hear out the public queries. The general public was able to use the application to acquire different public services as well as register complaints related with city management.
